Booking and shop terms

Workshops

Your place is confirmed once you've paid. You'll receive an email receipt straight away.

If you need to cancel more than 7 days before the workshop, I'll give you a full refund or a credit towards another workshop, whichever you prefer. Within 7 days I can offer a credit if I'm able to fill your place. Please message me as soon as you know.

If I need to cancel, for example through illness or a venue problem, I'll offer you a new date or a full refund.

Courses are booked and paid for as a whole. If you miss a session, I'll do my best to help you catch up.

Children aged 8 and over are welcome at kids' sessions. An adult must drop off and collect them, and stay for children under 8 at family sessions.

I sometimes take photos at workshops to share on Instagram and Facebook. I'll always ask first, and if you'd rather not be in them, just say.

Ready-made items

Everything is handmade, so small variations are part of the charm. If you're not happy, you can return an unused item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund of the item price. Please message me first. Postage for returns is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke orders

Because they're made to your design, bespoke items can't be returned unless they're faulty. I'll agree the price, colours and timescale with you before I start, and take a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable once I've bought materials.

Digital patterns

Patterns are delivered as an instant download. By completing your purchase you agree to receive the download straight away, which means you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. If there's a problem with the file, I'll put it right. Patterns are for your personal use only. Please don't share, copy or resell them. You're welcome to sell small numbers of items you make from them, with credit to Mindful Makes by Rach.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
