How I look after your details

Mindful Makes by Rach (Rachael Pattenden) is responsible for the personal information you share through this website. Contact: rachaelpattenden@gmail.com.

What I collect and why

• Bookings and orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address (for posted items) and anything you tell me about your booking, so I can run your workshop or send your order.
• Enquiries: the details you put in the form, so I can reply to you.
• Photo consent: your choice about appearing in workshop photos.

I keep booking records for as long as I need them for my business accounts (usually six years, as HMRC requires), then delete them.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach me.
• Netlify hosts this website and passes form messages to me.

I never sell your details or use them for anything you haven't asked for. I'll only send you news about workshops if you've asked me to.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe uses essential cookies during checkout to keep payments secure. Tutorial videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
